Lindsay Forschner is the woman “behind the board” at Overboard Grazing.

Lindsay started creating boards for her table when entertaining friends at home. When the pandemic made in-person socializing more difficult, she began making boxes and dropping them off for friends as a way to brighten up a long, tough winter.

Lindsay is convinced that a board shared with others - in-person or over Zoom - is not just about the delicious bites, but all that happens when friends and family come together at the table.

Lindsay lives in Westchester, NY with her husband, three boys and one French bulldog.
